Step #2 Heat the oil In a large-ish skillet & brown the chicken pieces on all sides for about 15 mins.
Step #3 Remove the chicken to a large casserole.
Step #4 In the same oil saute the garlic & onions until golden, sliced parsley, white wine, then stir in the the tomatoes, salt, & a little black & red pepper.
Step #5 Simmer over low heat/flame for about 10 mins, then pour over the chicken in the casserole.
Step #6 Now cover & place the casserole in the oven for 1 hr.
Step #7 While the chicken cooks, prepare whatever pasta you desire & serve this with the chicken peices & sauce poured over.
