Ingredients
1 gallon whole milk .
1 tsp vinegar (more or less depending on curdling)
Directions
Step #1 Boil the milk in a saucepan.
Step #2 Add the vinegar & watch the milk curdle (water seperates from milk fat).
Step #3 Drain out the water in a sieve or cloth.
Step #4 Put it in a cloth & squeeze out as much water as you can.
Step #5 Spread & flatten the paneer (make a square).
Step #6 Make sure the ends are tucked inches.
Step #7 Wrap the cloth on top & put some paper towels on top.
Step #8 Add some newspapers to the pile & put some heavy weight on top of it.
Step #9 Make sure the weight is somewhat equal on the paneer square.
Step #10 Leave it overnight.
Step #11 And cut into small pieces & store it in the freezer to use whenever you want.
