Ingredients
  • 1 gallon whole milk .
  • 1 tsp vinegar (more or less depending on curdling)

Directions
  • Step #1 Boil the milk in a saucepan.
  • Step #2 Add the vinegar & watch the milk curdle (water seperates from milk fat).
  • Step #3 Drain out the water in a sieve or cloth.
  • Step #4 Put it in a cloth & squeeze out as much water as you can.
  • Step #5 Spread & flatten the paneer (make a square).
  • Step #6 Make sure the ends are tucked inches.
  • Step #7 Wrap the cloth on top & put some paper towels on top.
  • Step #8 Add some newspapers to the pile & put some heavy weight on top of it.
  • Step #9 Make sure the weight is somewhat equal on the paneer square.
  • Step #10 Leave it overnight.
  • Step #11 And cut into small pieces & store it in the freezer to use whenever you want.
