Low Fat Creamy Baked Salmon Recipe

Ingredients
  • paprika .
  • salt .
  • 1/3 c white wine .
  • 1/2 c fat-free mayonnaise .
  • 1/4 tsp dill weed .
  • 3/4 c nonfat sour cream .
  • 2 tbsps flour .
  • 2 tbsps lemon juice .
  • pepper .
  • 2 lbs salmon fillets .
  • 1 garlic clove, minced .
  • 8 oz fat free cream cheese

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 400°F Rinse fish & pat dry.
  • Step #2 Place fillets skin side down in a single layer in a greased 9x13 pan.
  • Step #3 Whisk sour cream, lemon juice, flour, dill, mayo, cream cheese, garlic & wine in a medium bowl until smooth & spread over fish.
  • Step #4 Spice up with salt, pepper & paprika to taste.
  • Step #5 Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 mins until internal temp is 140 F or middle inside of fish is slightly opaque.
  • Step #6 Fish will continue to cook for a few mins after removing from oven.
  • Step #7 Transfer to serving platter spooning sauce over fish & sprinkling with extra paprika & dill to garnish if desired.
