Step #1 Line a 9-inch quiche or pie dish with pastry; trim excess pastry around edges (you can decorate the edges with fluting or crimping or anything you want).
Step #2 Prick bottom & sides of pastry with a fork.
Step #3 Bake at 400F degrees F for 3 mins; remove this from oven, & prick with a fork.
Step #4 Bake for 5 more mins.
Step #5 Cook spinach according to package directions, omitting salt.
Step #6 Drain spinach thoroughly, pressing out excess water.
Step #7 Combine spinach & remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl; mix well.
Step #8 Pour mixture into prepared pastry shell.
Step #9 Bake at 350 degrees F for 30--35 mins, or until center is set.
