Chicken And Salsa Soup Recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c water .
6 c tortilla chips .
2 (10 oz) cans corn .
1 c shredded cheese .
1 chicken breast, cubed .
2 (15 oz) cans chicken broth .
2 tsps chili powder .
2 c salsa

Directions

Step #1 Combine chicken, water, broth, & chili powder In a large-ish saucepan.
Step #2 Bring to a boil.
Step #3 Reduce heat to low; cook, covered, for 8 mins.
Step #4 Add corn; cook, uncovered for 5 mins or until chicken is no longer pink in the middle.
Step #5 Stir in salsa & heat through.
Step #6 Sprinkle top each serving with chips.
