Ingredients
  • milk or hot or boiling water .
  • 12 eggs .
  • Batter .
  • 3/4 oz rum (1/2 jigger) .
  • Liquids .
  • 1 tsp nutmeg .
  • 1 oz bourbon (1 jigger) .
  • 6 tbsps sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 Beat eggs until thick & light in color.
  • Step #2 Gradually add sugar & nutmeg & beat constantly until batter is very thick.
  • Step #3 Chill several hrs.
  • Step #4 To serve, put one heaping T.
  • Step #5 batter in warm mug.
  • Step #6 Add rum & bouron.
  • Step #7 Fill mug with hot milk or boiling water.
  • Step #8 Stir & put nutmeg lightly on top.
