Peach Cobbler French Toast Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 (1 lb) cans sliced peaches, do not drain .
  • 1 tsp vanilla .
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder .
  • 1/2 c brown sugar .
  • 4 eggs .
  • 1 c milk .
  • 1 tsp cinnamon .
  • 1 loaf French bread .
  • 2 tbsps melted butter

Directions
  • Step #1 Slice bread into 1" thick slices & lay flat in an oblong dish.
  • Step #2 Blend next 4 ingredients & pour over bread.
  • Step #3 Cover up & let set until liquid is absorbed.
  • Step #4 Spray another 9x13 baking dish with non stick spray & place peaches & juice in the bottom.
  • Step #5 Mix together brown sugar & cinnamon & sprinkle on top.
  • Step #6 Place bread slices over peaches & brush with melted butter.
  • Step #7 Bake in a 425° oven for 25 mins.
