- 1 green onion .
- 1/2 c chicken stock .
- olive oil .
- 2 tbsps soy sauce .
- 6 Italian sausages (i used mild) .
- 1 orange bell pepper or yellow bell pepper .
- salt & pepper .
- 8 large mushrooms
Directions
- Step #1 Put about 2 tbsps oil in a pan & place the Italian sausages in it.
- Step #2 Spice with pepper.
- Step #3 Cook on low until fully cooked.
- Step #4 Take out the sausages & put another tbsp of oil in the pan.
- Step #5 Stir-fry the mushrooms, peppers & onion for 3-5 mins.
- Step #6 Mix together soy sauce, cornstarch & chicken stock & place this into pan.
- Step #7 After the sauce thickens add the sausages & cook for another min.
