Crab Wonton Cups Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (8 oz) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sliced green onions
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 1 (6 oz) can crabmeat, drained
  • 1 c shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 400F degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Step #2 Spray mini-muffin tins with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Step #3 In a medium bowl, mayonnaise, curry powder, green onion, lemon juice, salt, stir this together crabmeat, & Swiss cheese.
  • Step #4 Use kitchen scissors to trim off corners of individual wonton skins; place trimmed skins in wells of mini-muffin tins.
  • Step #5 Spoon about 1 tbsp crabmeat mixture into each wonton c.
  • Step #6 Top each with a slice of water chestnut.
  • Step #7 Bake in preheated oven about 12 mins, or until puffed & browned.
  • Step #8 Serve hot.
