New England Lobster Rolls Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c mayonnaise .
sliced fresh tarragon .
pepper .
2 tsps lemon juice .
2 tsps Dijon mustard .
1 tsp olive oil .
4 hoagie rolls .
desired amount hot sauce .
salt .
2 c cooked shelled & coarsley sliced fresh lobster meat

Directions

Step #1 -Whisk mayonnaise, mustard, oil, tarragon hot sauce,lemon juice, salt & pepper in medium bowl.
Step #2 Gently toss in lobster meat & cover with plastic wrap or foil wrap & put in the fridge for at least 1hr.
Step #3 or until chilled.
Step #4 -Place hoagie rolls under broiler for just a few seconds or until lightly toasted.
Step #5 Fill each hoagie roll with lobster meat.
