New England Lobster Rolls Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise .
  • sliced fresh tarragon .
  • pepper .
  • 2 tsps lemon juice .
  • 2 tsps Dijon mustard .
  • 1 tsp olive oil .
  • 4 hoagie rolls .
  • desired amount hot sauce .
  • salt .
  • 2 c cooked shelled & coarsley sliced fresh lobster meat

Directions
  • Step #1 -Whisk mayonnaise, mustard, oil, tarragon hot sauce,lemon juice, salt & pepper in medium bowl.
  • Step #2 Gently toss in lobster meat & cover with plastic wrap or foil wrap & put in the fridge for at least 1hr.
  • Step #3 or until chilled.
  • Step #4 -Place hoagie rolls under broiler for just a few seconds or until lightly toasted.
  • Step #5 Fill each hoagie roll with lobster meat.
