Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps canola oil .
  • 1/2 c canned pumpkin .
  • 1/2 c water .
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon .
  • 1/2 c oatmeal .
  • 2 c whole-wheat flour

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Step #2 Combine pumpkin, water, oil & cinnamon.
  • Step #3 Add flour & oatmeal slowly, mixing after each addition.
  • Step #4 Roll dough on a floured surface to 1/4 inch in thickness.
  • Step #5 Cut into desired shapes & sizes.
  • Step #6 Bake 40 mins on an ungreased cookie sheet.
