Ingredients
  • 4 tbsps Chinese five spice powder .
  • 4 tbsps preserved cabbage .
  • 400F g ground pork .
  • 4 large eggs (1 egg to 100g of pork)

Directions
  • Step #1 Spice up minced pork with five spice powder & mix in the preserved cabbage.
  • Step #2 Beat up the eggs.
  • Step #3 Mix pork & eggs well together.
  • Step #4 Put mixture into a bowl or baking dish & steam over boiling water for 30mins on high or until cooked.
