Step #1 Chop the scallions & cilantro into small pieces.
Step #2 In a stockpot add the water, milk & salt.
Step #3 When the soup boils, crack the eggs & add them carefully to the soup without breaking the yolk.
Step #4 Cover up the pot & let it boil for one min.
Step #5 Place at the bottom of each soup dish one tsp of scallions & coriander and, from the pot, carefully place one cooked egg.
Step #6 Then add the boiling broth.
Step #7 Serve the soup with bread.
