Sticky Lamb Chops Recipe

Ingredients
  • 18 lamb chops or lamb cutlets .
  • 1/4 c rosemary .
  • 2 tbsps olive oil .
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed .
  • 2/3 c red currant jelly

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine redcurrent jelly, oil, rosemary & garlic in a jug.
  • Step #2 Whisk to mix.
  • Step #3 Place lamb in ceramic dish & pour over marinade.
  • Step #4 Turn to coat.
  • Step #5 Cover up & put in the fridge for at least 2 hrs - preferably overnight.
  • Step #6 Barbeque lamb to your liking.
