Step #1 Place 6 stem glasses in the refrigerator to chill in the fridge.
Step #2 Reserve 6 strawberries for garnishing.
Step #3 In a mixer or food processor/blender, puree the remaining strawberries until smooth.
Step #4 Beat the cream in a deep bowl until stiff peaks form (just before the butter stage).
Step #5 Add half of the strawberry puree & the Bailey's Irish Cream to the whipped cream, & carefully fold with a rubber spatula until mixed.
Step #6 Divide 1/4 of the strawberry cream mixture among the glasses, then top this with a layer of the fruit puree & continue to alternate layers of cream & fruit.
Step #7 Top each with a strawberry & dust with confectioner's sugar.
