Pistachio Cream Dessert Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz) package instant pistachio pudding mix .
  • 2 tbsps butter .
  • 2 Heath candy bars, crushed (1.4 oz each) .
  • 1 (8 oz) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed (or whipped cream) .
  • 2 c vanilla ice cream, softened .
  • 3/4 c butter-flavored cracker crumbs (or grahm cracker crumbs) .
  • 1 c cold milk

Directions
  • Step #1 In a microwave-safe 8-in.
  • Step #2 square dish, melt butter.
  • Step #3 Stir in cracker crumbs; press mixture onto bottom of dish.
  • Step #4 In a bowl, whisk milk & pudding mix for 2 mins.
  • Step #5 Whisk in the ice cream, pour over crust.
  • Step #6 Cover up & freeze for 2 hrs.
  • Step #7 Spread with whipped topping; sprinkle with crushed candy bars.
  • Step #8 Return to the freezer until firm, but remove this from the freezer approx 10 mins before serving.
