1 oz semisweet chocolate, for shaving (not unsweetened) .
2 tsps chilled heavy cream .
2 tsps chilled balaton morello cherry juice
Directions
Step #1 Put crème de cacao in shot glass.
Step #2 Hold a regular tsp (not a measuring spoon) upside down over liqueur (spoon should be at a diagonal, with only the tip touching the liqueur), then carefully pour cherry juice over curved part of spoon to float it on top of crème de cacao.
Step #3 Using a clean, carefully pour cream into glass in same manner, dry tsp, creating a third layer.
Step #4 Shave some chocolate over cream using a vegetable peeler.
