Black Forest 'shooter' Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tsps chilled white Creme de Cacao .
  • 1 oz semisweet chocolate, for shaving (not unsweetened) .
  • 2 tsps chilled heavy cream .
  • 2 tsps chilled balaton morello cherry juice

Directions
  • Step #1 Put crème de cacao in shot glass.
  • Step #2 Hold a regular tsp (not a measuring spoon) upside down over liqueur (spoon should be at a diagonal, with only the tip touching the liqueur), then carefully pour cherry juice over curved part of spoon to float it on top of crème de cacao.
  • Step #3 Using a clean, carefully pour cream into glass in same manner, dry tsp, creating a third layer.
  • Step #4 Shave some chocolate over cream using a vegetable peeler.
