Step #2 Place in a large resealable plastic bag the flour, ground turmeric, chili powder, garlic powder, cinnamon, cumin, paprika, seasoned salt, basil, coriander, & salt.
Step #3 Place pork steaks in the bag one at a time; seal, & shake to coat.
Step #4 One at a time, place pork steak into hot oil, & cook this until it turns deep brown & floats.
Step #5 Remove to paper towels.
Step #6 Repeat process with remaining pork steaks.
