Chocolate Cream Cheese Filled Cookie Cups Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (18 oz) package put in the fridged chocolate chip cookie dough .
  • 1 1/4 c powdered sugar .
  • 2 tbsps milk .
  • 3 1/2 tbsps cocoa powder .
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

Directions
  • Step #1 Cut dough into 24 equal parts, roll this into balls.
  • Step #2 Put a ball of dough into an ungreased mini-muffin tin.
  • Step #3 Press dough on bottom & up the sides.
  • Step #4 Bake at 350°F for 10 mins or until lightly browned.
  • Step #5 If puffy, press dough back around sides with the back of a metal tsp.
  • Step #6 Cool 5 mins; remove to wire cooking rack.
  • Step #7 In a small bowl, cocoa, mix cream cheese, & powdered sugar; mix well.
  • Step #8 Add milk, & mix till smooth.
  • Step #9 Fill cookie c with cream cheese mixture.
  • Step #10 Store in refrigerator.
