Chicken With Sherry Vinegar Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps whipping cream .
  • 1 tsp olive oil .
  • 4 (6 oz) boneless skinless chicken breast halves (each breast half should weight 6 oz.) .
  • 3 tbsps sherry wine vinegar .
  • 1 tsp butter .
  • 3/4 c fat free chicken broth .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 1/2 c minced shallots .
  • 1 tbsp sliced fresh parsley .
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions
  • Step #1 Sprinkle top chicken with salt & pepper.
  • Step #2 Heat butter & oil in a big nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Step #3 Add in chicken; cook 4 mins on each side.
  • Step #4 Remove chicken from pan & keep warm.
  • Step #5 Add shallots to pan; stir/saute for 1 min.
  • Step #6 Stir in chicken broth & vinegar; cook 2 mins.
  • Step #7 Add in whipping cream; cook 1 min.
  • Step #8 Serve sauce with chicken.
  • Step #9 Sprinkle top with parsley.
