Reception Chicken Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp salt .
  • 3-4 c mayonnaise .
  • 10 c sliced inner celery .
  • 10 c cubed cooked chicken (1/2 inch) .
  • 6 c pared sliced cucumbers .
  • 16 hardboiled egg, sliced .
  • 3 c toasted blanched almonds, coarsely sliced .
  • 2 c drained canned cubed pineapples .
  • 6 heads lettuce, washed & dried, separated into c

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine all ingredients except lettuce.
  • Step #2 Chill.
  • Step #3 Serve in lettuce c.
  • Step #4 Note: This must be made on the day it is to be served.
