Easy Chicken Teriyaki Recipe

Ingredients
  • butter .
  • 4 pieces heavy duty alumium aluminum foil wrap .
  • 1 large onion, sliced 1/4 inch thick (red, white, yellow) .
  • salt & pepper .
  • 1-2 large bell pepper, sliced 1/2 inch thick (red, green, I use a combination of red & green) .
  • bottled teriyaki sauce .
  • 1 (15 1/4 oz) can pineapple slices .
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts

Directions
  • Step #1 Place one chicken breast in center of a square of alumium foil wrap & salt & pepper.
  • Step #2 Layer onion & bell pepper slices & 2 pineapple slices on top of each piece of chicken.
  • Step #3 Drizzle 1-2 tbsps of bottled teriyaki sauce over chicken mixture.
  • Step #4 Put 1 tsp butter on top of pineapple slice.
  • Step #5 Seal up alumium foil wrap by folding edges together.
  • Step #6 Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 45 mins.
  • Step #7 You can also put these on the outdoor grill on indirect heat.
  • Step #8 Serve with rice.
