The Big Dipper Marinara Dipping Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (15 oz) can crushed tomatoes .
  • 1 tbsp flat leaf parsley, sliced .
  • 1 tbsp anchovy paste, optional but recommended .
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely sliced .
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil .
  • salt & pepper, to taste .
  • 1 tsp hot red pepper flakes (or to taste)

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat a small pot over med-heat/flame.
  • Step #2 Add extra-virgin olive oil, garlic, pepper flakes & anchovy paste.
  • Step #3 Cook 2 mins.
  • Step #4 Add parsley, tomatoes, salt & pepper.
  • Step #5 Stir sauce, bring to a bubble & let simmer 5 mins over low heat/flame then place this in small bowl & serve.
