1 (16 oz) can sliced canned clams or minced clams .
1 tsp garlic granules .
salt & fresh ground pepper .
4 c heavy whipping cream .
3 c imitation crabmeat .
1/4 tsp paprika .
2 dozen green mussels (removed from shells) .
1 (1 lb) bag frozen mixed seafood .
1/2 c cream sherry .
2 dozen pre- cooked shrimp .
2 dozen jarred oysters .
1 (32 oz) can New England clam chowder .
fresh flat-leaf Italian parsley (sliced) .
1/2 c unsalted butter
Directions
Step #1 You will find the bag of frozen mixed seafood in the frozen food section of your supermarket & it contains octopus, small shrimp, squid, small mussels, etc.
Step #2 In a large pot, butter, salt, add the mixed seafood, pepper, clam chowder, minced clams with their liquid, imitation crabmeat, oysters, garlic, green mussels, sherry & cream.
Step #3 Over medium-high heat bring to a near boil & then reduce heat to a simmer.
Step #4 Simmer for about 10 mins.
Step #5 Add the shrimp & continue to simmer another 2 to 3 mins.
Step #6 Remove from heat & serve in individual bowls.
