Ingredients
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsps lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp dill weed
  • 1 c sliced carrots
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 c sliced peeled turnips

Directions
  • Step #1 Place 1 in.
  • Step #2 of water in a saucepan; add carrots & turnips.
  • Step #3 Bring to a boil.
  • Step #4 Reduce heat; cover & let simmer for 7-9 mins or until crisp-tender.
  • Step #5 Drain.
  • Step #6 Combine the remaining ingredients; drizzle over vegetables & toss lightly.
