Delicious Low-carb Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c worcestershire sauce .
  • 3/4 c kraft low-carb barbecue sauce .
  • 1 egg .
  • 2 slices toasted & sliced low-carb bread (found at all grocery stores) .
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper .
  • 1 1/2 c parmesan cheese (from the green can) .
  • 1 lb ground turkey .
  • 5 baby dill pickles, sliced (optional) .
  • 1 (1 oz) packet dry onion soup mix

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix all ingredients together with hands & mold into a loaf.
  • Step #2 Bake on pizza sheet for 1 hr on 350' or untill cooked through.
  • Step #3 about 45 mins into cooking proccess cover with desired amount of Low-carb BBQ sauce & finish cooking.
