Ingredients
  • 2 c salsa .
  • 1 (16 oz) can pinto beans, undrained .
  • 1/2 lb smoked sausage, cut into 1/2 inch dice .
  • 1 (16 oz) can red beans, undrained .
  • 1 c cheddar cheese or monterey jack cheese, grated .
  • 1 (16 oz) can white beans, undrained .
  • 1/4 c fresh cilantro, sliced .
  • 1 (16 oz) can black beans, undrained

Directions
  • Step #1 Brown sausage; drain excess fat.
  • Step #2 Add beans & salsa; bring to a boil; add up to a c of water if you prefer a thinner consistency.
  • Step #3 Serve in heated bowls, topped with cheese & cilantro.
  • Step #4 Tortilla chips are good on the side.
