Twice Baked Potatoes With Cream Cheese Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 oz fat free cream cheese .
  • fresh ground pepper .
  • 1 tsp onion salt .
  • 6 medium potatoes .
  • 2 tbsps butter .
  • 1/2 c parsley, finely sliced .
  • paprika .
  • 1/2 c nonfat milk

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Step #2 Put cream cheese out to soften.
  • Step #3 Scrub potatoes; dry them off & grease them with butter & salt the skins.
  • Step #4 Bake at 350°F for 1 hr.
  • Step #5 Remove from oven & cool to handle.
  • Step #6 Cut potatoes in half, lengthwise, remove cooked potato & put in large bowl.
  • Step #7 Be carefully to leave the skin intact.
  • Step #8 Mash with cream cheese, hot milk, butter, onion salt, & pepper.
  • Step #9 Pile mixture back into skins.
  • Step #10 Sprinkle top with paprika & parsley & bake 20 more mins.
