Cauliflower With Fresh Cilantro Recipe

Step #1 In a large pot steam the cauliflower in salted water for about 6-7 mins.
Step #2 Drain well.
Step #3 In saute pan, garlic, heat the olive oil on medium-high & add the steamed cauliflower, & chili.
Step #4 Stir fry for about 2-3 mins being careful not to burn.
Step #5 Add the scallions, the cilantro leaves & the Middle Eastern red pepper.
Step #6 Stir in well.
Step #7 Spice up with salt & pepper to taste.
Step #8 NOTE: I've never used Middle Eastern red pepper.
Step #9 I have been informed by a kind Zaar member that harissa can be used for the Middle Eastern Pepper.
