Jo Mama's Hot And Spicy Grilled Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 c water .
  • 1/2 tsp red peppers .
  • 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce .
  • 2 tsps worcestershire sauce .
  • 2 1/2 tsps salt .
  • 1 garlic clove or 1 tbsp garlic powder .
  • 1/4 c vinegar .
  • 2 tbsps oil .
  • 2-3 lbs chicken parts (with skin or without skin, it is up to you) .
  • 1/4 c sliced onions or 2 tbsps onion powder .
  • 2 tsps chili powder .
  • 2 tbsps brown sugar .
  • 2 1/2 tsps black pepper .
  • 1 tsp dry mustard

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine all ingredients except for the chicken & bring to a rolling boil.
  • Step #2 Remove from the heat & cool.
  • Step #3 Refrigerate sauce overnight to mix flavors.
  • Step #4 Heat a grill to medium-high heat.
  • Step #5 Apply sauce to chicken (I spoon it on).
  • Step #6 Grill to desired doneness, applying sauce liberally as you turn chicken.
  • Step #7 Cook until done through.
  • Step #8 If you don't contaminate the sauce with the raw chicken, you can serve it with the cooked chicken.
  • Step #9 If it gets contaminated, simmer it on the stove for a few mins.
