Ingredients

1-3 corn on the cob, cut in half .
1-3 carrot, cut in half .
1 (12 oz) can beer .
1-3 potato, quartered with skin .
1-3 Polish sausage, whole

Directions

Step #1 Using as much of the above ingredients you desire, place this in crockpot.
Step #2 Cover up with beer or if desired water can be added with beer.
Step #3 Simmer until done.
Step #4 Remove from pot & serve.
Step #5 For old fashioned theme, serve on disposable pie plates.
Step #6 Roast can be substituted as well as other vegetables.
Step #7 Good & tasty.
