Ingredients

1 dash paprika .
salt & pepper .
8 oz sour cream .
8 oz cream cheese .
8-10 medium potatoes .
2 tbsps butter

Directions

Step #1 Pare potatoes, boil until tender & drain.
Step #2 Beat softened cream cheese & sour cream at medium speed until mixed.
Step #3 Add hot potatoes slowly beating constantly until light & fluffy.
Step #4 Spice up with salt & pepper.
Step #5 Pour into a 2-quart baking dish, dot with butter.
Step #6 Sprinkle top with paprika.
Step #7 Bake at 350 degrees for 25 mins.
Step #8 Chives may be added with the seasonings for extra flavor & color.
