Ingredients
  • 1 tsp garlic salt .
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt .
  • 1 tsp Accent seasoning .
  • 1 tbsp salt .
  • 1 tsp oregano .
  • 1 large onion, sliced .
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning .
  • 1 tsp onion salt .
  • 4-6 lbs sirloin tip roast .
  • 2 large onions, quartered .
  • 1/2 tsp basil .
  • 1 green pepper, cut into strips .
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes, to taste .
  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions
  • Step #1 Place roast in roaster & fill 1/2 full with water.
  • Step #2 Add salt & quartered onion.
  • Step #3 Cover up & cook at 350 4-5 hrs.
  • Step #4 Leave in broth & put in the fridge overnight.
  • Step #5 The next day remove meat from broth & skim off fat.
  • Step #6 Strain broth into saucepan & add in the remaining spices.
  • Step #7 Bring to boil.
  • Step #8 Shred meat & place this in roaster.
  • Step #9 Cover up meat with seasoned broth.
  • Step #10 Add green pepper strips & onion slices.
  • Step #11 Cook in roaster at 300F until hot.
  • Step #12 1-2 hrs.
  • Step #13 Pile high on your favorite hard rolls or hoagie buns.
  • Step #14 I like to bake rolls in oven until crispy.
