Elegant Chicken Wild Rice Casserole Chicken Wild Rice Supreme 1970 Chicken Sausage Wild Rice Wild Rice Salad Wild Rice And Exotic Mushroom Pilaf Chicken And Wild Rice Casserole Wild Rice Salad White And Wild Rice Salad Wild Rice With Apricots Mushrooms A Spinach Wild Rice And Mushroom Cass Wild Rice Walnut Pilaf Chicken Wild Rice Soup Wild Black Rice Bison Steak With Wild Rice Dressing Turkey And Wild Rice Bake- 1 (6 1/4 oz) package quick-cooking long grain & wild rice mix .
- 1 (8 oz) can sliced water chestnuts, drained .
- 1 c cooked sliced chickens .
- 1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup .
- 1 c light mayonnaise .
- 1 c finely sliced celery .
- 1 1/4 c finely sliced onions
Directions
- Step #1 Cook rice according to package directions.
- Step #2 Combine rice with sliced chicken, water chestnuts, celery & onion.
- Step #3 Put mixture in a 1 gallon freezer bag.
- Step #4 Freeze until needed.
- Step #5 To prepare for serving, thaw rice & chicken mixture, remove this from bag & place this in a 2 1/2 quart baking dish.
- Step #6 Stir mayo & cream of mushroom soup together & spread over the top of the chicken.
- Step #7 Mix together.
- Step #8 Bake covered in a preheated 325F oven for 1 hr.
