Buffalo Chicken Wraps Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut in strips .
  • 1/4 tsp salt .
  • 1/2 c blue cheese dressing .
  • 1/2 c crumbled blue cheese .
  • 1 tbsp Tabasco sauce .
  • 1/2 c finely sliced celery .
  • 1/4 c grated carrots .
  • 4-10 inches flour tortillas .
  • 1 tsp oil .
  • 1 1/3 c shredded lettuce

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine chicken, salt & tabasco.
  • Step #2 Cook chicken in oil 4-5 mins.
  • Step #3 or until no longer pink & liquid is evaporated.
  • Step #4 In small bowl mix together celery, blue cheese & salad dressing.
  • Step #5 Divide cooked chicken among tortillas.
  • Step #6 Top each with blue cheese mixture, lettuce & carrot & wrap.
