Oriental Glazed Salmon With Tropical Salsa Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets .
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce .
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar .
  • 1/4 c green onions, slices .
  • 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, packed in juice .
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger .
  • 1/2 c sliced red bell peppers .
  • 2 kiwi, ripe but firm, peeled, sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Drain pineapple; reserve juice.
  • Step #2 In a 8x8-inch glass baking dish, soy sauce, mix reserved juice, sugar & ginger.
  • Step #3 Add salmon; coat both sides with.
  • Step #4 marinade mixture.
  • Step #5 Cover up; marinate in refrigerator 20 mins.
  • Step #6 For salsa, mix pineapple, kiwi, pepper & onion; mix well.
  • Step #7 Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Step #8 Bake salmon in marinade mixture 10 to 12 mins or until fish flakes easily with.
  • Step #9 a fork.
  • Step #10 Serve with tropical salsa.
