Hot Chocolate Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 1/2 oz chocolate candy bars .
  • 2 c milk .
  • 2 tbsps cornstarch

Directions
  • Step #1 Melt the chocolate in a saucepan over low heat/flame, or in the microwave.
  • Step #2 When the chocolate has melted, add the corn starch & stir well.
  • Step #3 Be careful with the cornstarch, if you add too much you will get pudding! In another saucepan bring milk to a boil & pour in the chocolate mixture.
  • Step #4 Bring back to a boil for 2 mins to make it thicken.
  • Step #5 Pour into c.
  • Step #6 Serve it with whipping cream.

  • Step #8 The better the quality of the chocolate you use, the better your hot chocolate will taste.
  • Step #9 You can use white, milk or dark chocolate for this recipe.
