Step #1 Melt the chocolate in a saucepan over low heat/flame, or in the microwave.
Step #2 When the chocolate has melted, add the corn starch & stir well.
Step #3 Be careful with the cornstarch, if you add too much you will get pudding!
In another saucepan bring milk to a boil & pour in the chocolate mixture.
Step #4 Bring back to a boil for 2 mins to make it thicken.
Step #5 Pour into c.
Step #6 Serve it with whipping cream.

Step #8 The better the quality of the chocolate you use, the better your hot chocolate will taste.
