Ingredients
  • crust .
  • 1/2 c powdered sugar .
  • 1 tsp vanilla .
  • 1 c condensed milk .
  • 1 c pecans, sliced .
  • 1 egg .
  • 2 c unbleached flour .
  • 1 c unsalted butter, cut into pieces .
  • 1 tsp vanilla .
  • 1 c toffee pieces

Directions
  • Step #1 Prepare crust in food processor/blender using the pulse method until dough forms a ball.
  • Step #2 Roll between 2 sheets of plastic.
  • Step #3 Transfer to tart pan or press directly into fluted tart pan.
  • Step #4 Prick with fork & bake this at 400F degrees until light golden brown.
  • Step #5 Pour pecan mixture in hot tart shell.
  • Step #6 Reduce temp to 350 degrees & bake until dark brown & bubbly.
  • Step #7 Cool, remove this from tart pan & serve.
