Pretzel Pan Fried Fish Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper .
  • butter or oil .
  • 3/4 c flour .
  • 1 tsp salt .
  • 1 lb thawed perch fillets or cod fish fillets .
  • 2 eggs .
  • 3/4 c crushed pretzels

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix the flour & seasonings in a plastic bag.
  • Step #2 Place stirred eggs & pretzels onto seperate plates.
  • Step #3 Dip the fish into the flour, then the eggs, then the pretzels.
  • Step #4 Fry in hot butter or oil until golden brown & it flakes easily with a fork, about 10m min's.
