• 1 cinnamon stick .
• 1 tbsp orange rind, grated .
• 8 tsps artificial sweetener .
• 1 tsp unflavored gelatin (1 packet) .
• 4 whole cloves .
• 3 c unsweetened grape juice

• Step #1 Soften gelatin in 1/4 c grape juice.
• Step #2 In a heavy saucepan, bring remaining juice, orange rind & spices to a boil.
• Step #3 Reduce heat & let simmer until approximately 1 c of grape juice has evaporated.
• Step #4 Strain.
• Step #5 Stir in softened gelatin.
• Step #6 remove this from heat & cool slightly.
• Step #7 Stir in artificial sweetener.
• Step #8 Serve chilled.
