1 c very warm water (2/3 cold water, 1/3 boiled) .
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce (or 1 can of canned tomatoes processed in a food processor/blender) .
1/8 tsp pepper .
1/4 c cream .
For the Pizza Crust .
1 tsp sugar .
1 (7 g) package active dry yeast .
1/8 tsp instant minced garlic .
2 1/2 c flour .
Optional toppings .
2 tbsps vegetable oil .
1/4 c grated parmesan cheese .
2 tsps dried oregano leaves .
sliced onions (optional) or pepperoni (optional) or mushrooms, etc (optional)
Directions
Step #1 Preheat oven to 425F degrees.
Step #2 Put flour in large bowl with yeast, sugar, salt; stir this together.
Step #3 Stir in vegetable oil & mix well.
Step #4 Add water to the flour mixture & beat vigorously 20 strokes; let rest 5 mins.
Step #5 Divide dough into 2 parts; toss or roll to shape & place on a pizza pan.
Step #6 In a large saucepan mix tomato sauce, oregano, salt, garlic & pepper; bring to a low boil then simmer for about 10 mins.
Step #7 Remove sauce from heat & stir in the cream.
Step #8 Divide sauce between both pizzas to your own desired amounts.
Step #9 Sprinkle top parmesan cheese over top & add other toppings BUT NOT mozzarella cheese.
Step #10 Bake pizza in hot 425F oven for about 15 mins.
Step #11 Add mozzarella cheese & bake for 10 mins longer.
Step #12 To Freeze: Make pizza as the above directions including baking.
Step #13 Once cooled wrap thickly in plastic wrap, then wrap in foil wrap, seal tightly & I like to wrap once again in plastic wrap.
Step #14 Will last for 3 months in the freezer.
Step #15 To reheat; totally unwrap frozen pizza & put on a pizza pan with holes in it or directly on the rack of the oven (if you use direct racks place foil wrap underneath to prevent overspills).
Step #16 Bake 425F for 10-15 mins.
Step #17 If you have loads of toppings it could take another 5 mins or so.
Step #18 Watch it after the 10-15 mins.
