Broiled Cod In Miso Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c mirin .
  • 1/4 c sake .
  • 4 (6 oz) sea bass fillets or 4 black cod fish fillets .
  • 6 tbsps white miso .
  • 1/3 c sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix first four ingredients in shallow baking dish.
  • Step #2 Add fish & turn to coat.
  • Step #3 Cover up dish tightly & put in the fridge 2-4 hrs.
  • Step #4 Prehead broiler.
  • Step #5 Remove fish from marinade.
  • Step #6 Broil until just opaque in the center, about three mins per side.
