Slow -cooker Pork Pozole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs boneless pork butt, fat trimmed, cut into bit-size chunks .
  • 1 (15-16 oz) can hominy, rinsed .
  • 1 (12 oz) jar recaito

Directions
  • Step #1 Put pork & recaito in a 3-quart or larger slow-cooker; stir this to mix & coat.
  • Step #2 Cover up & cook on low 7 to 9 hrs, or until pork is very tender.
  • Step #3 Stir in Hominy, cover & cook 10 mintues to heat hominy; If desired, garnish with sliced cilantro & radishes.
  • Step #4 Good served with warm flour tortillas.
