Sirloin Three Bean Chili Recipe

Ingredients

1 c beef broth .
1 (14 oz) can kidney beans, rinsed & drained .
1 (14 oz) can pinto beans, rinsed & drained .
1 medium green bell pepper .
1 large onion .
2 (14 oz) cans sliced tomatoes .
1 (14 oz) can black beans, rinsed & drained .
2 lbs boneless sirloin (cut into 1 inch cubes) .
1 tbsp chili powder .
1 1/2 tbsps ground cumin .
1 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions

Step #1 Heat oil in large stock pot.
Step #2 Cook beef until brown & remove.
Step #3 Add onion & bell pepper to pot & cook 2-3 mins.
Step #4 Stir in remaining ingredients except beef.
Step #5 Cover up & cook over med-heat/flame for 10 mins.
Step #6 Stir in beef & cook this until beef is tender.
Step #7 Usually about 45 mins or so.
