Ingredients
  • 1 lb jaggery .
  • 2 1/2 c thick coconut milk .
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom .
  • 10 eggs .
  • 1 pinch nutmeg .
  • 1 pinch salt .
  • 2 c sliced cashews .
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Directions
  • Step #1 Beat the eggs well.
  • Step #2 Grate the jaggery & mix with the egg batter.
  • Step #3 Add all the other ingredients & mix well.
  • Step #4 Pour the mix into a greased bowl.
  • Step #5 Cover up with oil paper & steam for 1 1/4 hrs Let it cool in the container before serving.
  • Step #6 Sprinkle top some sliced cashews for added taste & decoration.
