Step #5 Cut chicken breasts into thirds & place on top of rice & soup.
Step #6 Pour remaining c of soup over all.
Step #7 Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese, parsley & almonds on top.
Step #8 Bake covered at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hrs.
Step #9 Check after one hr & stir rice.
Step #10 **Sometimes I like to make this with lower fat content.
Step #11 When I do I decrease the amount of rice by 1/2 C, eliminate 1 can of cream of chicken soup & add in the place 1 1/2 C chicken broth & leave out the butter & almonds.
