Ingredients
  • 3 cm ginger, peeled & cut inti fine matchsticks .
  • 2 tbsps vegetable oil .
  • 1 1/2 tbsps dark soy sauce .
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced .
  • 1/2 large cabbage .
  • 1 red chili, deseeded & finely sliced .
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Directions
  • Step #1 Remove out leaves of cabbage.
  • Step #2 Cut in half & take out inner core.
  • Step #3 Slice quarters into 1 cm shreds.
  • Step #4 Place wok on high heat.
  • Step #5 Add oil, swirl around.
  • Step #6 Add ginger, garlic & chilli quickly stirring for few seconds.
  • Step #7 Add cabbage.
  • Step #8 Stir-fry briskly for 3-4 mins.
  • Step #9 Add soy suace & balsamic & stir-fry few seconds longer.
  • Step #10 Serve as soon as possible.
