Cottage Cheese Clam Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tsps lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp clam juice
  • 2 1/2 c nonfat cottage cheese
  • 1 (8 oz) can minced clams, drained with juice reserved
  • 1/2 tsp grated onion
  • 3 tbsps fat free sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions
  • Step #1 In a mixing bowl, mash the cottage cheese with a fork until it is smooth & creamy.
  • Step #2 Combine the clams, sour cream, salt, onion, lemon juice, clam juice & pepper with the cottage cheese.
  • Step #3 Refrigerate the mixture & allow it to chill for 30 mins, or until it thickens.
