Ingredients
  • coarse salt .
  • 2 tsps shallots, minced .
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated .
  • 1/3 c orange juice .
  • 1 tbsp dark sesame oil .
  • 1/3 c rice vinegar .
  • 1 tsp coleman mustard powder .
  • 1 (10 oz) bag broccoli coleslaw mix

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine orange juice, rice vinegar, & shallots.
  • Step #2 Add a good pinch of coarse salt.
  • Step #3 Let stand 15 to 20 mins.
  • Step #4 Whisk in sesame oil, ginger, & mustard.
  • Step #5 Add broccoli slaw & toss to mix.
