Directions
Step #1 To roast the garlic & red bell peppers, first arrange the garlic cloves on a piece of foil wrap, drizzle with some olive oil & fold foil wrap to seal.
Step #2 Next place the whole bell peppers on the baking sheet.
Step #3 Drizzle about 1/2 tbsp olive oil onto the peppers, turning to coat.
Step #4 Roast for about 15-20 at 425F degrees.
Step #5 Watch carefully!
Once the garlic & roasted bell peppers are done, set aside to cool.
Step #6 In a food processor/blender, squeeze the garlic out of their skin.
Step #7 Next peel the bell peppers, remove seeds & stem, chop coarsely & add to processor.
